摘    要:随着全球经济一体化进程的推进,企业间的竞争已不再局限于一个国家或地区,必须在全球范围进行资源的再配置,形成保持持续发展的竞争力.隐性知识由于其难以阐明、模仿、复制、传播及共享,在生产活动中往往针对具体的工作或流程,被认为是企业保持持续竞争优势的重要来源.隐性知识的转化及在成员之间的共事,是组织知识创新的关键环节,更是组织生存和发展的核心竞争力所在.文章在阐述隐性知识内涵的基础上,对隐性知识在企业技能型员工成长过程中的作用进行分析,对其获取路径进行了探讨,并提出相关建议.

The Path for the Enterprise skilled Employees to Get Tacit Knowledge

Abstract:With the further development of globalization, the competitive advantage not limiten in a country or a district, it's necessary to allocate the resources in the range of the global to keep and sustain the competitive ability. The tacit knowledge which is difficult to be illustrated, copied, reproduced, disseminated and shared so as to point at the specific work and process is considered to be the main source for the corporate to keep advantages in competition. The successful transformation of tacit knowledge dissemination and being fully shared between the members of the organization are key links in organizational knowledge innovation, organizational survival and development of the core competitiveness. In this paper, Elaberated on the basis of the tacit knowledge connotation, the author analyzed the role of tacit knowledge in the process of entrepreneurial skills employee growth, as well as discussed its access path, and made recommendations.
