| 摘 要： | 高职教育改革与发展的方向就是以就业为导向,把解决上百万高职毕业生的就业问题放在首位,这是“三个代表”重要思想在我国高职教育领域最好的实践表现。为此应转变高职办学指导思想,坚持科学定位,明确高职院校办学方向;积极开展订单式培养,走产学研结合之路,实现校企“双赢”;大力推行“双证书”制度,增强高职毕业生就业竞争能力和职业素质,争取办好让人民满意的高职教育。

| Abstract: | The reform and the direction of development of the higher vocational education are based on the employment. Theproblem of solving millions vocational graduate employment is put in the first place. That is the best practice behave of "threerepresent thoughts" in the field of Chinese higher vocational education. For that aim, we should change the guide lines of runninghigher educational schools, insist science as a basement, define the direcion of running higher vocational schools; take the roadto combination involving production, teaching, research,realize enterprise's win-win of the school; carry out double certificatesystem in a more cost-effective manner,improve higher vocational graduate's ability of employment competitive and vocationalquality, try to do the higher vocational education making the people satisfied well. |
