| 摘 要： | 教学质量监控体系的总体设计要从学校的实际情况出发,分析构建教学质量监控体系的理论依据,研究教学质量监控体系应该遵循的指导思想,把握构建教学质量监控体系应当坚持的原则,从而在总体上指导高等学校教学质量监控体系的构建工作,形成一个能够保证和提高教育教学质量的制度环境和外部条件,实现高等教育事业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The teaching quality monitoring system must design the actual situation.We analyzed the theoretic basis of constructing the teaching quality monitoring system,the guiding thought which should be abided by in researching the system,and adhere to the rule of constructing the system, then direct the constructing work of the system,so as to assure forming the system enrironment and outer condition in improving teaching quality and realize the continuous development of higher education. |
