| 摘 要： | 通过对近几年涉农专业毕业生质量跟踪调查统计分析,从用人单位对毕业生的综合评价、所学专业与从事工作联系程度、独立上岗时间、工作表现、获奖情况、组织能力、表达能力、分析解决问题能力、实际工作能力、理论水平、科研能力、创新能力、计算机使用能力、外语能力等方面进行逐项分析,客观地认识我院毕业生的就业状况及培养质量,为我院的教育教学改革,完善人才培养模式,不断提高教学质量提供参考。

| Abstract: | Through the follow-up investigation on graduates of agriculture majors in recent years,the paper analyzes conditions of graduates of Yangling Vocational and Technical College,such as evaluation of graduates by employer,relation degress of major and work,working time,working performance,rewards,organizing ability,expressive ability,problem-solving ability,practical ability,theoretical level,scientific and research ability,innovative capability,computer using ability and English proficiency,etc.so the employment situation of graduates and cultivation quality is clear,which is benefical for reforming and improving teaching quality. |
