| 摘 要： | 诚信作为社会主流道德规范,在传统的道德建设中占有重要的地位,传统的诚信道德重道德教化轻道德制度建设的缺陷,在现代市场经济制度下,由于诚信上升为法律原则,而得到了根本的纠正。现代诚信道德的法律化,既是时代的必然需要,也可以通过立法、执法、公民自觉行为等方面得到实现。

| Abstract: | The morality of honesty and credit is a social essential morals norm,occupying an important position in the traditional morals construction.Traditional morality of honesty and credit has a blemish that emphasizes morals culture but overlooks morals system construction.Under modern market economy system,the blemish has been basicly rectified because honesty and credit demonstrates itself as a law principle.The legalization of modern honesty and credit morality,not only is necessity demands of the times,but also will be come true by legislation,enforcing the law,civil conscientious behavior etc. |
