| 摘 要： | 财富是人类赖以生存的物质基础和追求目标，而财富的合法性是伴随人类整个发展过程的重要历史命题，也是财富问题的关键所在。围绕财富合法性问题，通过对亚里士多德和孔子财富观的比较，分析他们对财富本身、财富获得、分配、使用合法性的道德阐释，以期对今日市场经济条件下追求财富的恰当行为提供伦理上的合法性支持。

| Abstract: | Wealth is the indication of the material basis that mankind depends on for her existence, and the legitimacy of wealth is an essential issue to what the societies of all ages have attached importance. Its legitimacy is the key point of the problem of the wealth. This paper focuses on that point. This comparison of the views of Confucius and Aristotle on wealth will analyze and explain its acquisition, distribution, and its legitimate usage from the ethical standpoint in order to give ethical and legal support to appropriate conduct when seeking wealth under today's market conditions. |
