| 摘 要： | 根据飞行人才培养目标的要求,对我国航空体育课程体系存在的问题和优化的必要性进行了探讨与分析。以南京航空航天大学为例,基于已有的课程改革实践,认为我国航空体育课程在目标上应以民航飞行学员人才培养和未来职业的需要为导向,重点发展飞行体能专项素质,培养学生航空飞行所需的健康基础知识、技能;在结构与设置上突出课程的选择性和综合性,开设多种不同类型的课程,以满足飞行学员多样化的需求;在内容上以航空生理和航空心理为依据,从丰富多样的体育课程内容体系中,选择与飞行学员经验和社会需求融为一体的、具有趣味性、实用性和有效性的内容;加大物质资源和人力资源的投入,保障对航空体育课程体系的优化得到有效的实施。

| Abstract: | According to the objective of flight talents training, this paper discuses and analyzes the problem of curriculum system of flight physical education and the necessity of optimization. Taking Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics as an example, based on the existing curriculum reform practice, this paper holds that the objectives of the aviation sports curriculum in China should be guided by the training of civil aviation flight cadets and the needs of their future careers, focusing on the development of the special qualities of flight physical fitness, the cultivation of students' basic health knowledge and skills required for aviation flight, and the selectivity and comprehensiveness of the curriculum in terms of structure and settings. Various types of courses should be offered to meet the diversified needs of pilots. Contents should be based on aviation physiology and aviation psychology, and contents should be interesting, practical and effective, which are integrated with pilots' experience and social needs from a rich and diverse sports curriculum content system. Moreover, investment in material resources and human resources should be increased so as to ensure the flight safety, and the optimization of curriculum system has been effectively implemented. |
