| 摘 要： | 对日本足球转型发展的历史脉络、动力机制及其战略价值进行研究。基于日本政治、社会及足球发展演变规律特征,认为日本足球转型发展经历了3个阶段:1)军国民教育主导下以校园为依托的足球发展阶段(二战前);2)奥运战略导向下以企业为依托的足球发展阶段(二战后至20世纪80年代末);3)国际化导向下以职业俱乐部为依托的足球发展阶段(20世纪90年代初至今)。基于日本足球转型发展的动力特征,研究认为,日本足球转型发展得益于文化建设、体制转型、战略支撑、人才锻造4个层面的动力助推。日本足球转型发展在经济、教育和政治等层面皆具有重要的战略价值,具体表现为:1)满足国家经济振兴诉求,助推产业结构优化升级;2)满足国家教育发展诉求,强化青少年身心健康基础;3)满足国家政治强大诉求,塑造世界一流强国形象。日本足球转型发展对我国足球发展具有一定的启示意义。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the historical context,dynamic mechanism and strategic value of the transformation and development of Japanese football.Based on the characteristics of Japan’s political,social and football evolution,the study believes that the transformation and development of Japanese football has gone through three stages:1)the stage of football development based on campus under the guidance of military and national education(before World War II);2)the stage of football development based on enterprises under the guidance of Olympic strategy(from post-World War II to the late 1980s);3)the stage of football development based on professional clubs under the guidance of internationalization(from the early 1990s to the present).Based on the dynamic characteristics of the transformation and development of Japanese football,the research believes that the transformation and development of Japanese football benefits from the power of four levels:cultural construction,institutional transformation,strategic support and talent forging.The transformation and development of Japanese football has important strategic value in economy,education and politics.The specific performance is as follows:1)to meet the demands of national economic revitalization and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;2)to meet the demands of national education development and strengthen the physical and mental health foundation of young people;3)to meet the strong demands of national politics and create the image of a world-class power.The transformation and development of Japanese football has certain enlightenment significance to the football development of China. |
