| 摘 要： | 国际商贸法是一门实践性很强的专业课,案例教学法很适合于这门课程.使用案例教学法要做好案例教学的准备,如选择恰当的案例,结合案例拟定思考或讨论方向;做好案例教学法的组织,注重学生的主体性,及时给予总结.在国际商贸法课程中应用案例教学应正确处理好案例教学法与讲授法的关系,安排好教师与学生在案例教学中的角色.

| Abstract: | Internatonal trade law is a practical professional course, so case teaching method is fit for it.There must some preliminary job before case teaching, such as selecting proper case, blocking out thinking or debating direction according to case teaching method, organizing the case teaching, paying attention to students＇ subjectivity, and sum-up in time.In the case teaching of international trade law, should take care of the relationship between case teaching and lecture teaching, arrange the role of teachers and students. |
