| 摘 要： | 当代社会，各种思潮和文化激烈碰撞，教师队伍出现了道德失范、滑坡的现象。因此，现代教师道德必须保持先进性，成为传统优秀师德和时代精神的统一体，在社会主义道德体系中切实起到到导向、示范作用。教师要成为社会中的先进分子，代表先进生产力和先进文化发展的方向。这是教师职责的要求，也是时代的呼唤。

| Abstract: | In modern society,various kinds of ideological trend culture conflict,morality declination appears in the teacher staff.Therefore,modern teacher's morality must keep its advance,and becomes an integration of excellent traditional ethics of teachers and times spirit,to plays a leading role in the socialist moral system.The teachers should become the advanced member in society,and represents development direction of advanced productivity and culture.This is a request of times for teacher's duty. |
