| 摘 要： | 尖叶提灯藓抑菌作用的研究结果表明：每0.5g鲜草1ml纯水浸提液对4ml培养液的供试菌株均有抑制作用;随着浸提液稀释倍数的增加其抑菌能力减弱,16倍稀释液仅对枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有部分抑制作用;抑菌能力强弱存在菌间差异,依次为枯草芽孢杆菌＞沙门氏菌＞蜡状芽孢杆菌＞金黄色葡萄球菌＞大肠杆菌.此外,尖叶提灯藓浸提物具有较好的热稳定性,其抑菌因子尚待进一步研究.

| Abstract: | The result of researching an effect of Mnium cuspidaum Hedw on restricting bacteriashows that lml purified soaking abstracted liquid made from per 0.5g of Mnium cuspidaum Hedwhas an effect on bacterium plant provided for the experiment in 4mi training liquid;with theincrease of multiple of dilution of the liquid,its bacteria-restricting capacity decreases,and16-time amount of the dilution only has a partial restricting effect on Bacillus subtilis andStaphylococcus aureus; strength and weakness of the bacteria-restricting capacity lie indifferences among bacteria,in turn Bacillus subtilis>Salmomella sp>Bacillus cereus>Staphylococcus aureus>Escherichia coli.Furthermore,soaking abstracted object from Mniumcuspidaum Hedw has relatively good hot stability,whose bacteria-restricting thctor will expect tobe further studied. |
