青少年网球运动员多球训练运动强度的探讨

摘    要:为了提高青少年网球运动员的训练水平,文章运用数据统计法、调查研究法、实验分析法、文献资料法等研究方法,对山西省网球队5名(女3人,男2人)14-16岁的青少年运动员进行了多球训练试验,结果表明:30球/组的训练强度是最适合青少年运动员的运动强度,能达到动作定型从而提高技术水平的效果,并适合在各个训练阶段中运用。

Abstract:To improve the training level of teenager tennis players,with the methods of methematical statistics,investigations,experimental analysis and literature,the paper does an experiment on five teenager player(three female and two male),who are 14 to 16 years old,about their many balls training. The result shows that 30 balls for each group is a fitable training intensity for teenager players,and such intensity can be helpful for players' action formation and technique improving,and will be appropriate for ever...
