| 摘 要： | 从精品课程的提出及意义出发，针对高校精品课程建设中存在的一些问题，提出相关的意见和建议．精品课程建设要体现现代教育思想，符合科学性、先进性和教育教学的普遍规律，具有鲜明特色，并能恰当运用现代教学技术、方法与手段，教学效果显著，具有示范性和辐射推广作用．建设高质量的精品课程网站，保证精品课程得完整性、录播系统的有效性，内容的开放性是从根本上提高教育教学质量，进而提高人才培养质量的重要举措．
