| 摘 要： | 图书馆阅读文化建设作为图书馆文化建设工程的有机部分，承担着凝聚、控制和导向等职能。本文参考图书馆文化建设的内容，主要从环境建设、资源建设、服务建设3个方面建立图书馆阅读文化评价指标体系，并对图书馆阅读文化建设的现状进行评价和分析，最后提出推动图书馆阅读文化建设的管理策略。

| Abstract: | Library reading culture- building as an integral part of the library＇s cultural construction engineering which as- sume the role of cohesion, control and guidance. This paper referred to the contents of the library＇s cultural construction to build evaluation index system of library reading culture, took a main indicators describing from the three aspects of environmental con- struction, resources construction, service construction, and then made an assessment and analysis of the current situation of the library reading culture - building. Finally the article proposed the management strategies for promoting the cultural construction of library reading. |
