| 摘 要： | 由于网络和信息数字化技术的日益成熟，21世纪是信息化和网络化的综合体。网络把计算机和通讯的特征相结合，被称之为第四媒体，原因是它的信息量大、传播的速度快并且有强大的交互特征。如今，网络技术已经渗入到各个领域中，这在客观上就要求我们必须对知识产权进行严格的保护。然而由于网络具有可以全球传播、随意复制等特性，对网络信息知识产权的侵权成为普遍现象。本文对网络信息知识产权的概念和特征进行了归纳和总结，在分析了网络信息知识产权的现状和必要性之后，提出了几点关于保护网络信息知识产权的建议。

| Abstract: | Because of the network and digital information technology is increasingly mature, the 21st century is an em of network and information. Combine the characteristics of computer and eonmaunieafion network, with great amount of information, quick transmission speed, strong interactivity, is known as the fourth kind of media. Digital network technology and its achieve- ment to permeate all areas of application and, objectively requires to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights. But, the network technology with its unlimited replication, the spread of the global and the vagaries of intemetivity has made the network intellectual property fights infringement phenomenon is very common. This article obtains from the concept and features of network intellectual property rights, analyzes the necessity and status of network intellectual property protection, and finally put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion about network intellectual property protection. |
