摘 要: | 图书馆的服务工作是一项具有独特的、复杂而又长久的工作,需要图书馆员不断地提升服务质量。本文分析了图书馆服务质量的影响因素,分析了图书馆服务质量的体系模型,深入研究了图书馆服务质量的评价方法,最后提出了提高图书馆服务质量的途径,使读者能最大程度的获取信息,同时也实现了图书馆的价值。

Abstract: | The work of the library service is a unique, complex and long- term work, Librarians need to continue to im- prove service quality. This paper analyzed the influencing factors of the library service quality, analysed the system of library ser- vice quality model, further study of the library service quality evaluation method, finally put forward the ways to improve the qual- ity of library services, to the maximum extent make readers access to information, at the same lime realize the value of the library. |
