| 摘 要： | 知识咨询是深度的知识服务,大数据时代提升了数字图书馆知识咨询能力。为此,结合大数据与数字图书馆知识咨询的内涵,详细地探讨了大数据与数字图书馆知识咨询的内在关联性,构建大数据时代数字图书馆知识咨询服务能力研究框架,提出了树立大数据理念以科学发展观统领数字图书馆馆知识咨询能力、强化人才因素与数字图书馆隐性知识显性化、以及优化整合资源以重构知识提升数字图书馆知识咨询能力等对策,为数字图书馆知识咨询提供新方法与新思维。

| Abstract: | Knowledge is the depth of knowledge services, big data era is enhancing knowledge reference capacity of the digital library. For this reason, the article combined with big data and digital library knowledge reference connotation, detailiy discusses a inherent correlation of big data and the digital library knowledge reference, a frameworkin d digital library knowledge reference capability big data era was built, and to establish big data concept af scientific development concept to guide knowledge digital library museum advisory capacity, strengthen personnel factors and tacit knowledge digital librmy, as well as optimizing the integration of resources to reconstruct the knowledge to enhance the knowledge digital library knowledge reference capabilities, for knowledge digital library knowledge reference provides new methods and new thinking. |
