| 摘 要： | “幸福感”、“幸福指数”已成为落实科学发展观过程中被频繁提及的话题。常熟在实现“两个率先”,构建“和谐常熟”、“魅力常熟”的进程中,也将以提高市民生活质量、提升市民幸福指数为目标。通过对常熟市民的衣、食、住、行、生、老、病、死、安、居、乐、业等十二个方面进行一次全方位多维度的生活质量和幸福指数调研分析。了解常熟市民真实的生活状况,探究经济发展与市民幸福感的关系,厘清影响市民幸福感的主要因素,为构建“和谐常熟”、“魅力常熟”提供政府决策参考依据。

| Abstract: | "Happiness" and "happiness index" have been mentioned more frequently in implementing the Scientific Development Outlook.Against this background,Changshu aims to improve the quality of people's life and increase the happiness index in building the "harmonious Changshu" and "charming Changshu".This paper makes a survey of Changshu citizenry's quality of life and happiness index in terms of clothing,food,housing,transport,health care,old-age security,leisure life,occupation and other 12 aspects of life,through which we can know better the living conditions of Changshu people,explore the relationship between economic development and the people's sense of happiness,and clarify the main factors concerned in order to provide reference for the government decision-making in building a harmonious Changshu. |
