缺水保护水位控制器的研究与设计

摘    要:该文介绍了一种基于单片机的缺水保护水位控制器。该控制器通过水位探头采集水位信号输送给单片机,经单片机处理后,输出控制信号给继电器,从而实现缺水保护水泵的水位控制器。该设计不仅能够使水池水位控制在需要的范围内,还能有效的保护好抽水水泵不被冻坏。该产品的投入使用对于工业自动化和生活供水具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In this paper, a water shortage protection water-level control system, based on single chip microcomputer is introduced. The water-level signal is collected through the water-level sensor and then transport to the single chip microcomputer. After the process of the single chip microcomputer, the control signal is outputted to the relay by single-chip microcomputer so as to realize the shortage of the water protection water-level control. This design can make the water-level control within the scope of what we need. And it has simple principle, stable performance, high precision, wide application, etc. It is of great importance for industrial automation and living water supply.
