| 摘 要： | 省属高校面向区域发展开展协同创新应围绕本省建设的重大科技需求,充分发挥高校学科、人才、资源的优势,按照"省内急需、国内一流"的要求,以体制改革和平台构建为重点,以高校人才培养质量和创新服务能力的显著提升为目标,通过政策和资金引导,大力推进高校与国际国内创新力量的深度融合,为本省的建设提供科技和人才支撑。

| Abstract: | Provincial universities, carrying out collaborative innovation facing the regional development, should focus on the needs of the construction of the most important scientific and technological programs in the province. It should give full play of the advantages of the university disciplines, talents and resources. According to the requirement of ＂urgent need in the province and first class at home＂, it should take system reform and platform construction,as the key point. And it should take the university＇s talent training quality and obvious improving of innovation service competence as the goal. Through the guidance of the policy and funding, the deep integration of the university and the innovative strength both at home and abroad should be further promoted to provide science and technology and talent support for the province, construction. |
