| 摘 要： | 对湖南省独立学院社会体育专业健美操专业课程实践教学现状研究,有利于该专业学生能力的培养和该专项课程建设的完善。运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法进行研究,发现该专项课实践教学中:教学内容单一,缺乏实践运用,缺少对学生能力的培养;教学模式缺乏创新性,传统的教学方法仍占主导地位;开课时数不均衡,专任教师基本能满足教学,学生身体素质普遍较弱。从而提出:健美操专项课程实践教学应进一步完善课程设置,适当增加开课时数,优化教学内容和创新教学模式。

| Abstract: | To study on the status about aerobics course of social sports specialty of independent colleges in Hunan province, it is beneficial to train studentsI skill and make the construction of special course per- fect. By means of literature material, interview with the experts, we find some problems in practice teaching： unitary teaching content, lacking practice, missing on training studentsI skill, dated teaching model, traditional teaching method, lessons shortage, and so on, and then provide some suggest as im- prove the curriculum, add lessons befittingly, optimize teaching content and create teaching model. |
