| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问巷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、观摩法、实践法等，对普通高校学生篮球裁判员培养体系进行研究。结论：（1）普通高校大学生篮球裁判员奇缺，尽快建立健全普通高校学生篮球裁判员培养体系势在必行；（2）现代大学为建立健全普通高校学生篮球裁判员培养体系提供了良好的条件；（3）构建培养体系的关键是领导的重视，相关部门的积极配合与分工协作，重点与难点是有关政策、制度的落实和经费的保障；（4）培养体系实施的基本原则是课外与课内相结合，理论与实践相结合，集中培训与分散指导相结合，中心环节是学生裁判员的选拔与培养。

| Abstract: | The article deals with the training system of the college student basketball referees in university with such scientific research methods as literature review,questionaire,interview,statistics,observation and pratice.It comes to the following conclusions:(1)Since the student basketball referees in university are in great need,it is highly necessary to establish the training system as soon as possible;(2)Modern universities have possessed all the qualification for the system;(3)The key to the establishment of the training system is the leaders'great attention and the cooperation between the related departments.The focal point is the fulfillment of the related policies and the supply of funds;(4)The basic principle of the system is the combination of in-class and out-class training,of theory and practice and of concentrated training and individual coaching.The central link is the choosing and training of the student referees. |
