| 摘 要： | 《孙子兵法》在国力强盛、文化繁荣的大唐时代已走出国门,千余年来在世界上产生了深远的影响。当今世界经济正面临着一场极其深刻的变革,文化成为经济发展的重要资源,而文化产业则成为重要的支柱产业,大国文化发展正日益取得“不战而屈人之兵”的战略效能。中国加快文化事业与文化产业发展蓄势待发,作为发展中的社会主义大国,只有加强国家的作用,维护国家的统一和民族团结,做到“先为不可胜”。紧紧抓住和平发展的战略机遇,重新审视文化传统,发展先进文化,在社会主义市场经济条件下做大做强文化产业,提升文化产品的市场竞争力。发展孙子文化事业与孙子文化产业要乘势而上,在文化创意的内容上,形成一整套孙子文化博弈的后工业文明竞争要素,要进一步打响孙子文化品牌战略。

| Abstract: | The Art of War has been translated into many foreign languages since Tang Dynasty that had powerful national strength and flourishing culture at the time.For more than one thousand years,it has had profound influence on the world.Nowadays,the world economy is facing an epoch-making change.Culture has become the important resources for economic development.Furthermore,cultural industry has become the influential mainstay industry and giant culture has been increasingly brought about the strategic effect of "subduing the enemy without fighting".China has quickened the pace of cultural undertakings and made preparations for the development of cultural industry.As a developing socialist country,China has to make use of the national strength,defend the national unity and try to make invincible.China has to grasp the strategic opportunity of peace and development,contemplate the cultural tradition,develop advanced culture,improve cultural industry and promote the marketing competitiveness on condition of socialist market economy.In order to develop Sun Tzu cultural undertakings and industry we should take advantage of the favorable trend,and on basis of cultural creative concept,we should form a set of competitive factors of post-industrial civilization in the light of Sun Tzu cultural competition and further develop Sun Tzu cultural strategy. |
