| 摘 要： | 企业思想政治工作同企业文化宗旨相同，并在企业的日常经营管理中相互渗透，具有许多共同点。然而，两者的切入点却又有着质的不同。企业思想政治工作，更注重把视角放在人的思想道德的建设上，而企业文化是在这一基础上，把视角更广泛地放在人的思想、素质、智力、理想上，两者视角相互弥补，共同发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Enterprises ideological and political work has the same purpose with enterprises culture, and they permeate mutually in the daily management of the enterprise, have many things in common. However, the two entry points are essentially different. Enterprises ideological and political work pays more attention to the perspective on the ideological and moral construction, and the corporate culture is on this basis that the wider perspective on people＇s thinking, quality, intelligence and ideal. The two perspectives offset each other, jointly play a role. |
