0/π开关线性调相器在毫米波雷达系统中的设计

摘    要:根据开关线调相器的基本原理,用PIN管混联的方法,设计制作了毫米波雷达前端系统的0/π微带开关线调相器.介绍了开关线性调相器的基本原理并做了分析,接着设计了调相器的实际电路并进行加工,最后对毫米波雷达系统的调相器部分进行了测试,得到相应的测试数据,这些数据说明本次调相器的设计是可行的,满足毫米波雷达系统的要求.

Abstract:In this paper,according to the basic theory of switched line phase modulator,a micro-strip switched line phase modulators have been designed in the millimeter-wave radar front-end system.First we introduce the principle of the phase modulators and analysis it’s specific characteristics of the circuit.Secondly we design a actual circuit and process.Finally we test the oscillator part of the millimeter wave radar system and get some corresponding test data.These data indicate that the design of this DRO is feasible to meet the millimeter-wave radar systems.
