| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同强度的运动对大鼠胃组织形态结构和功能的影响。方法：24只SD大鼠被随机分为3组：安静对照组（C）、疲劳组（F）和力竭组（E）。训练过程中，观察记录大鼠每天的行为学特征，训练结束后，取胃对实验大鼠的胃窦部组织进行大体形态学和光镜观察，并且计算溃疡指数；用放射免疫方法检测胃组织中磷脂酶A2（PLA2）活性的变化。结果：疲劳组大鼠胃组织形态结构与安静组无显著差别，力竭组大鼠胃组织形态结构发生不同程度的病理性变化，大鼠胃组织中的PLA2活性随运动强度增大而升高．结论：疲劳性运动对胃组织形态结构影响不大，不会诱发运动应激性溃疡，力竭性运动使胃肠道出现病理性变化，即形成溃疡，可能与PLA2介导的自由基生成有关。
