| 摘 要： | 为了培养出适合企业需求的技能人才,需要结合企业需求,建立有特色的专业核心课程的教学资源库,资源库的建设要与技能大赛的内容和标准紧密结合,技能大赛对加强学生技能培养、深化实践教学改革、转变教师的教学理念、构建实践教学体系具有很强的促进作用。

| Abstract: | In order to cultivate the talents for entel914ses,it is necessary to build a characteristic teaching resource database of professional core courses according to the needs of the enterprise. The building of database should integrate closely with the contents and standards of skills competition, and skills competition can enhance the students＇ skills training, deepen the reform of practice teaching, change teachers＇teaching ideas, and promote the construction of practice teaching system. |
