煤层超前注水湿润效果影响因素分析

摘    要:煤层超前注水是目前煤矿粉尘防治的主要措施。论文首先从煤层的物理化学作用过程介绍了注水降尘机理。然后,基于三维渗流理论阐述了煤层注水渗流机理,该机理表明煤层注水是注水压力、毛细管力、分子吸附和扩散综合作用的结果。最后分析总结了煤层超前注水湿润效果影响因素,并提出增强煤层湿润效果的具体措施。

Abstract:Coal Seam advanced water injection is the main measures of coal dust prevention and control. Firstly, the paper described mechanism of water injection dust preventing from the coal seam physical chemistry process. Then, based on the three - dimensional percolation theory, coal seam water injection percolation mechanism was described. The mechanism indicated that coal seam water injection was the comprehensive result of water injection pressure, capillary force, molecular adsorption and diffusion. Finally, coal seam advanced water injection wet effect factors was analyzed and summarized, and specific measures to enhance coal seam wet effect was proposed.
