摘    要:以用于西安地铁一号线盾构施工的长安一号盾构机为例,对土压平衡盾构机的渣土改良系统基本原理和构成进行分析,对常见故障进行归纳分析,并阐述常见故障的产生原因和解决办法。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the Changan No.1 shield machine in the shield construction of the No.1 subway in Xi’an, the principles and composition of the construction waste improvement system of the earth pressure balance shield machine (EPBM) and its common faults are analyzed. At last, the reasons of these faults are illustrated and some solutions are offered.
