| 摘 要： | 随着煤炭行业的持续低迷,如何解决融资问题日益成为当前煤炭行业急需解决的问题之一。本文从企业集团资产证券化这一角度探讨一种新的融资模式,以期利用现代金融工具为企业的发展提供资本助力。并以开滦集团为例,对其资产证券化进行"SWOT"分析,提出建设性意见。

| Abstract: | As the weakness of coal industry, how to solve the financing problem is increasingly becoming one of the problems needed to be solved urgently by the current coal industry. This article, from the perspective of enterprise group assets seeuritization, explores a new financing mode, in order to use modern financial tools to provide capital for the development of enterprises. Taking Kailuan Group as an example, carrying the ＂ SWOT＂ analysis of the asset securitization, and some constructive suggestions are put forward. |
