| 摘 要： | 面向社会人才需求的变化,高等职业学院毕业生就业压力越来越大,高等职业学院应该改革教学方法.树立以能力为本位的教育理念。作为高等职业技术教育改革尝试中的新方法和新思想.全文通过介绍现代商务模拟公司教学法这一能力本位的新型教育方式.研究该教学法在高等职业教育过程中存在的问题及其应用推广的对策.并探讨如何在商务类职业技术学院利用现代商务模拟公司教学法和教学成果培养学生的实用技术能力。

| Abstract: | To tackle the increasing pressure of employment for vocational graduates,vocational colleges must reform their teaching methodology via setting up the concept of enhancing students'abilities.As an attempt to research new ideas and approaches in higher vo- cational education,the paper introduces a new ability-oriented teachingmethodology of mock modern commercial companies in the voca- tional education,as well as the existent problems and their countermeasures in its application.This essay aims to demonstrate ways to en- hance vocational students'practical competence through the application of the mock modern company teaching methodology. |
