| 摘 要： | 以计算机文化素养为核心的信息素养正引起世界各国越来越广泛的重视,并逐渐列入到从小学到大学的教育目标与评价体系之中,成为评价人才综合素质的一项重要指标。理解计算机技术是用好计算机的基本条件,熟悉计算机技术发展的历史与发展趋势是高层次的计算机文化素养,掌握计算机应用能力是计算机文化素养的最终目标。计算机的学习应注意以下几种方法:循序渐进;理论联系实际;遵循黑箱原理;注重可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The information quality based on computer capability is paid more and more attention in the world,which is an important aspect in the evaluation of the comprehensive quality of individual and is gradually counted into the system of teaching aim and evaluation from primary school to college.To understand computer technology is the basis of the use of computer;to know the history and development tred of the computer is higher computer quality;to master the appliance of computer is the altimate goal of the cultiviation of the computer quality.Such methods should be paid more attention in computer studying as to learn step by step,to apply the theory to practice,to follow the principle of "Black Box",and to develop continuously. |
