| 摘 要： | 洗钱罪是我国刑法规定的一种妨害金融管理秩序的犯罪。本文着重分析了洗钱犯罪的定义、行为表现方式,并对洗钱犯罪的上游犯罪、违法所得及其收益进行了界定.明确了洗钱行为的危害性及反洗钱的必要性。
