Suitable Channels and scientific methods will be the keys of humanized management of college teachers. It is the inevitable choice of the modern college management to enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of teachers and the centripetal force and cohesiveness of colleges, by strengthen the Humanism-oriented management philosophical idea and explore the Channels and Methods in humanized management. |
