| 摘 要： | 我国农村正面临着结构调整和工业化、城镇化的严峻挑战，急需大批高素质的农业生产、经营和开发人员。职业教育对于提高农村劳动的劳动技能，促进农村劳动力转移具有更现实的意义和更直接的作用。目前农村职业教育的主要载体仍是职业高中，但在农村欠发达地区的经济、教育、科技等现有条件下，应该降低职业教育重心，按照农村经济发展基本要求进行设计和办学，大力发展初等职业教育。

| Abstract: | The rural area in our country is facing the structure adjustment and the stern challeages of industrialization and civilizing.Large quantities of higher quality agricultural workers are in the urgent need.The vocational education can enhance the rural worker's work skill,and promote the rural labor force shift.At present,the rural vocational education is still mainly in professional high schools.We needs to change the vocational education emphasis to primary level according the present conditions of economy,education,science and technology,run the schools according to the rural economical basic need. |
