| 摘 要： | 承载创业活动的创业组织相比较于传统组织具有新的特征,这需要从新的视角来解析。运用交易费用理论、知识基础理论和资源基础理论等分析创业组织,发现创业组织具有柔性组织结构,是学习型组织,是一种获取竞争优势的独特资源。

| Abstract: | The entrepreneurial organization should have some new characteristics that are different from what the traditional organization has. Thus we need to analyze from new perspectives. Based on transaction cost theory and knowledge -based theory and resource- based theory, this paper analyzes the characteristics of entrepreneurial organization and finds out that it has flexible organizational structure and it is both a kind of learning organization and a special resource that can gain competitive advantage. |
