| 摘 要： | 职业教育发展规律要求,职业教育需要企业的广泛参与,校企合作办学,共同承担培养责任,使校园文化与企业文化有机融合来共同培育新一代产业技术人员。通过校企深度融合,多层面合作,创新人才培养模式,充分展现产业文化育人优势,突出产业文化育人的效果,充分体现职业教育育人本质,进一步提升技能人才培养的针对性和适应性,推动我国职业教育改革发展步伐。

| Abstract: | The developm ent law of vocational education requires that vocational education need the extensive participation of the enterprises, school-enterprise cooperation in running schools. It needs to jointly shoulder the training responsibility, and integrate the cam pus culture and enterprise culture to cultivate a new generation of industry technical personnel. Through the profound integration, m ulti-level cooperation, innovative talent training m ode, it displays fully advantages of industry culture education, highlights the effect of industry culture education, fully reflects the essence of vocational education, further enhances the pertinence and adaptability of the skills training, and prom otes the developm ent of C hinese vocational education reform . |
