食品类专业核心课程教学资源库建设的思考

摘    要:教学资源库建设是提高人才培养质量、提升社会服务能力和引领高职教学改革重要举措。针对专业核心课程教学资源库地位、作用以及与专业资源库关系的分析,提出了专业核心课程教学资源库的重点建设内容、建设方法及措施保障等方面的建议。

Abstract:The teaching resource construction is im portant measure to improve the personnel training quality, promote social service ability and lead the higher vocational teaching reform . Focusing on the status, function and the related analysis of the specialty core course teaching resource library, the suggestions about the key construction content, construction method and measure guarantee are put forward.
