| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校专业教师要具备"双师型"素质,而目前高职院校专业教师在"职业"素质方面存在不足。因此,要提高高职教师自身的"职业"素质尤为重要。作为一名高职院校教师可以通过参加校内各项工作、深入行业挂职锻炼、参加社会培训、参加技能比赛等途径提高自身的"职业"素质,锻炼自身的实践能力,促进学生的实践技能水平提高,使自己成为名副其实的"双师型"教师。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges professional teachers should have the ＆quot;double type＆quot; quality, yet at present professional teachers in higher vocational colleges have insufficiency in ＆quot;professional＆quot; quality. Therefore, to improve the professional quality of higher vocational teachers is especially important. Through taking part in the various work in the college, in-depth on the job placement, participating in social training and skills competition, the teachers can improve their own ＆quot;professional＆quot; quality, exercise their practice ability, improve the students＆#39; practical skills, and be worthy of the name of ＆quot;double type＆quot; teachers. |
