| 摘 要： | 远程高等教育已成为高等教育的重要组成部分,担负着我国继续教育和终身学习的重大历史使命,在国际视阈中深入研究远程高等教育具有重要的现实意义.美、英、日、加等国远程高等教育在发展定位、质量保障、办学特色、办学主体、教学模式、学习体系和学习资源等方面都形成了各自的特色,并积累了许多成功经验.本文通过比较研究远程高等教育发展中的这些热点问题,探索远程高等教育的全球化发展趋势和国际化发展道路,以期能为构建我国的远程高等教育体系和全民学习的学习型社会提供有益的启示和借鉴.
