| 摘 要： | 本文论述了高校建立教学质量监控体系的必要性，提出了高校目前教学质量监控存在的问题。针对信息技术类课程的教学质量监控问题提出了一整套较为科学的评估体系。指出教学评估指标体系是教学质量监控体系的核心．针对不同层次的信息技术类课程教学，要建立科学的教学质量跟踪调查制度，建立高素质的、懂得现代管理思想的管理队伍和建立良好的激励机制。

| Abstract: | It is discussed the necessity of establishing teaching quality controlling system in colleges as well as universities, and the problems in present teaching quality controlling system are pointed out. A series of scientific assessment system and the opinion of teaching quality criterion are proposed, which is also the core of the system. We should establish some scientific quality tracing and investigating systems with higher qualified teaching managers who master modern ideas of management under a good stimulating system. The authors aim to explore a good way and better operating pattern of teaching quality controlling and management in colleges. |
