| 摘 要： | 大学教师的权利似乎应该属于政治学和法学探讨的论题,与探讨知识产生、发展及价值的知识论似乎没多大关联。其实不然,正是由于知识论阐明知识的特性及其价值才构成大学教师权利的始基,因为,知识工作者的价值建基于知识价值的基础上,没有知识价值作为支撑,无从谈起知识工作者的权利保障。故而,从知识公共性这种知识论视角探讨大学教师的权利保障便成为必要。

| Abstract: | This article studies on the protection for the right of university teachers with the theory of knowledge. Itseems that the right of university teachers belongs to the subject on politics and law, less relation to the theory ofknowledge. In actual fact, the characteristics and value of knowledge constitute the foundation of protection for theright of university teachers. Without the value of knowledge as a support, it cannot speak of the protection of theknowledge intellectual's rights. Therefore, author takes it necessary for inquiring into the security of the right of knowl-edge intellect from the perspective of knowledge. |
