| 摘 要： | 企业无论运作的好坏都必定有其自身独特的管理模式，科学的管理就是针对不同的企业生态环境，采用不同的管理模式。对企业生态与企业管理模式关系进行分析，探索其产生发展的原因和局限性。在当今我国热衷于学习国际先进管理经验时，要用科学的观念慎重选择。

| Abstract: | Every enterprise has its unique management mode,no matter how worse it is.The scientific management is to select the proper mode according to the different ecological environment.This paper analyzes the relations between the enterprise ecology and its management mode and studies the originating reasons of the modes and limitations.We should also select the management modes cautiously when we are so enthusastic about introducing a new one. |
