| 摘 要： | 技术创业环境涉及社会、经济、文化、金融等众多因素,直接影响着技术创业的成败,是政府、创业者和风险投资机构必须关注的对象。为了对各地区的技术创业环境进行评价,在现有技术创业环境评价研究理论基础上,建立了技术创业环境评价的指标体系,然后以模糊综合分析为评价手段构建评价模型。最后用调查问卷法和访谈法获取了西安市技术创业环境的相关数据,对西安市技术创业环境进行了评价,证实了模型较好的实用性,对各地区技术创业环境的评价与提升提供了借鉴意义。
