| 摘 要： | 自我教育在党员的思想政治教育中最具有内化力,它是党员教育长效机制与大学生党员健康成长、保持党员先进性的必然要求。在教育与自我教育相结合的前提下,应遵循理论与实践相结合、个体自我教育与集体自我教育相结合的原则,努力强化其自我教育意识,培养自我教育能力,优化自我教育环境,从而切实提高大学生党员自我教育的实效。
