| 摘 要： | 在城市旅游商业区（RBD），不论旅游企业是否存在规模经济，在市场经济条件下，旅游者出于节约成本的行为，企业出于利润需求，使旅游企业在空间上相互靠近，相互的靠近使旅游企业和旅游者双方受益，由此，形成良性循环。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the characters of the tourism enterprise of the Urban RBD and tourists from the tourists angle, and puts forward that the eeonomization of the traffic cost for the tourists is one of the important reason of the tourism enterprise aggregation based on the analysis of the classical theory of the enterprise aggregation. |
