| 摘 要： | 沟通在人际交往中发挥着重要的作用。良好、有效的沟通是我们解决问题、实现组织目标的必要条件。因此,我们要灵活把握自己所扮演的角色,认清所处的角色位置,减少角色错位造成的恶果,从而使沟通顺利进行,形成和谐的人际关系,为组织营造一个良好的氛围。

| Abstract: | Linking-up plays an important role in communication. Well and effective linking-up is the necessary condition to settle the problems and realize the organization objective. Therefore, we should readily grasp the role, clearly identify the position, and reduce the bad consequence because of the role's transposition for creating a good atmosphere. |
