| 摘 要： | 农村中小学生源的减少,带来了农村学校的撤并。由此而引发出留守儿童的教育问题,教学设施闲置的问题和"农远工程"项目的重组问题。文章紧紧围绕农村基础教育出现的新变化,研究相对应的新措施和需要思考的问题。

| Abstract: | The reduction of students in rural schools brought about the dismantling and merging of rural schools,which gave rise to a serious of problems：the education of the left-behind children,the teaching facilities to leave unused and the recombine of ＂modern distance education in schools in rural areas＂. This article closely encircle new changes of basic education in rural areas to research about appropriate new initiatives and problems being to consider. |
