| 摘 要： | 竞技推手比赛中身体素质 ,技术水平 ,心理水平是必不可少的基础条件。但在双方实力相当或敌强我弱的情况下 ,要想取得胜利 ,战术就显得至关重要。灵活机动的战术是能力充分发挥的有力保证。战术在比赛中起到了中枢作用 ,它是灵魂。它可以使选手根据自己的特点优势打击对手的薄弱环节 ,扬长避短 ,发挥优势 ,战胜强手。本文根据竞赛双方的技术、身体、心理特征 ,进行分析研究 ,设计战术

| Abstract: | Body quality, individual skills, psychological factor are the basical qualifications of push-hand martial art match. But if one wants to win in well-matched or inferior situation, tactics appear to be critical. Agile and flexible tactics can assure one in top gear. As the backbone, it is the soul of matches. Suitable tactics can exploit to the fully one's favorable conditions and avoid unfavorable ones, and thus he can throw rivals off their balance. Through analyzing skills, body conditions and psychological characteristics of both sides in matches, the article designs tactics for players. |
