儒家和谐思想与青少年幸福观教育

摘    要:和谐,是人类生存与发展的最佳状态;幸福,是人类始终追求的美好生活境界。儒家的和谐思想主要包括心身和谐、社会和谐、人与自然和谐三个方面。儒家的和谐思想对当代青少年幸福观教育具有重要启示。和谐幸福观认为幸福是物质性需要、社会性需要和精神性需要协调地得到满足时所产生的心理体验,而当前许多青少年的幸福观存在三类需要“失和”状况。要引导青少年正确认知和谐幸福观,积极创造和谐幸福,学会体验和谐幸福。

Abstract:While harmony is considered as the best status of human existence and development,happiness is valued as the best state of human life.The Confucian harmony principally refers to the mental,social,human and natural harmony,which is of significance for the young in relation to the feeling of happiness.It reflects the physical experience of the three-folded satisfaction of the materials,society and spirit.
